Marathon Training Week 9

Oh my! I just realized my week 6, 7, and 8 half marathon training did not post. Due to those weeks being in the past, I am not going to post them. I am currently on week 9. I apologize for this huge gap.

  • Monday (8 miles)
  • Tuesday (6 miles)
  • Wednesday (Elliptical)
  • Thursday (5 miles)
  • Friday (Off)
  • Saturday (Off)
