The 2012 IFBB North Americans was the most memorable National show I have ever done. It was very well-organized and expedited flawlessly and quickly. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and encouraging. It was such an honor to be part of this show and to have placed first, receiving my Pro Card.

Right before the show, I got a hip injury of bursitis and tendonitis. Luckily my injury was lateral, which did not cause me too much pain while I was on stage. It seemed like the pain eased away when I looked out into the crowd and saw my mom’s smiling face. This was the first show she has been able to attend of mine and the first show my hubby has not been able to attend. It was definitely tough for me not to have my hubby/trainer there with me, but it made my world having my mom there 🙂

I was asked as I was walking off of stage and I still am unsure, when will my Pro debut be? So, now it is time to figure everything out. This is definitely a new experience providing me with many new levels and opportunities.

Thank you for being supportive and encouraging during my journey! You have helped and inspired me to do the things I dreamed of doing. Much love and many thanks!!

Many thanks to USPlabs for promoting me!

It’s always enjoyable to compete in and/or attend the Panhandle Showdown. The promoters treat the competitors so well. Plus, all the competitors work together to help each other out.

I was ecstatic to have received first place at this show. After the show, I spoke with the judges to see what they thought I needed to work on for Nationals. They were very informative and supportive of my goals. I always appreciate the judges taking time to guide competitors in the right direction.

I love my fans!! You guys were cheering so loud! Some of you even made me laugh on stage 🙂 I also appreciate my fans from afar!! You are always so supportive and encouraging! I would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for you. Thank you!!!

Thank you to the promoters, judges, workers, competitors, and everyone that attended the show for making it such a success! This was the first year this show was a National Qualifier and it was so enjoyable. Lastly, to Mike, you did a great job!

It was such a fantastic experience competing in the National Figure Championships!! I was very pleased with my conditioning and I know I did the best I possibly could for the show.

I have worked very hard over the past year and it’s time to take a short break and give my body a rest. Afterwards, I am going to focus hard on my goals. I’m already looking forward to the 2011 season. There’s going to be all new challenges and experiences that will help me become a better and more confident figure competitor.

Thank you to everyone for all of your support during the 2010 season!

My goal was to be able to box squat 225 lbs by the end of 2010. Yesterday, my trainer was determined I would be able to achieve my goal that night. So, I decided to give it a try. I was able to get 2 on my own, but they were not complete box squats. Then, by the 3rd one, I needed a light spot.  Now I have changed my goal to 6-225 lb box squats by the end of the year.

July 2010

My first National show was the 2010 USA Championships on July 31st. I am very excited to have placed in the top 10! This was my first show away from home and I didn’t know what to expect. My nerves were racing and it caused a lot of things to go wrong. So, this is something I need to work on for my next show. Overall, the experience was amazing.

I wanted to thank our friend for flying all the way from Atlanta to see the show! It really meant a lot to us! Thank you!! Also, many thanks to all of my family, friends, and fans for being so supportive and encouraging!

My hubby and I had never been to Vegas before. So, it was so much fun to hang out in Vegas for a few days after the show. We couldn’t believe how much there was to do there. We’re already planning a trip to go back. Lol.
